Welcome to Godly — a private digital platform designed to foster safe, supportive, and empowering conversations. By accessing or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Agreement").

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you") and Godly ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the App.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

Godly is a paid membership and every member is charged. Access requires an active paid membership regardless of the device or platform you use to sign up or log in.

Godly costs $7.49 per week. This is called Support Godly, and every member pays it. It is a recurring weekly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel.

Godly is community funded — it is not funded by advertising or investors. Your weekly support is what keeps the app running, keeps it completely free of adverts, and allows us to keep working on the app and making it better.

You can cancel at any time in one tap from Settings. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the week you have already paid for and then ends. All payments are final and non-refundable.

Separately from membership, we also accept optional donations via "Become a Sower". Donations are a gift and are not required for access.

All donations are final and non-refundable. All donors can cancel a recurring donation at any time by emailing us at Godgivenco.apps@gmail.com.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Reproduce or distribute any part of the App without express written consent
• Use the App to create competing or derivative works
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features

Godly includes community-based features such as a feed, profile posts, and comment sections. These features are moderated, and we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for any abuse, harassment, or inappropriate conduct.

3.1 PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR

You agree not to post, upload, share, or engage in any of the following behavior:

• Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language (race, gender, religion, disability, etc.)
• Harassment, threats, or intimidation toward any individual or group
• Bullying, shaming, or demeaning content
• Explicit, sexually suggestive, or pornographic content
• Violence, graphic imagery, or glorification of harm
• Misinformation, spam, scams, or fraudulent promotions
• Impersonation or misrepresentation
• Posting of personal information without consent
• Any content deemed objectionable or inappropriate by the Godly moderation team

3.2 MODERATION POLICY

All user-generated content is subject to active monitoring and review. Our moderation policy includes:

• Manual and automated detection of flagged content
• 24-hour internal review of all abuse reports
• Immediate removal of any content that violates our guidelines
• Temporary or permanent suspension of any user account that violates this Agreement
• No tolerance for repeat offenders or attempts to bypass bans

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

3.3 REPORTING & BLOCKING ABUSE

If you encounter inappropriate content or behavior within the App, you may report it in the following ways:

• Tap "Report" directly on the user's profile or the specific post
• Block the user directly from their profile to prevent further contact
• Email our moderation team at support@thegirlsapp.com with a detailed report

We investigate and respond to all abuse reports within 24 hours. Action may include content removal, warnings, or account bans depending on severity.

We are committed to maintaining a safe environment. If you feel unsafe, unsupported, or violated in any way, please contact us immediately. Your safety matters.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or engages in harmful behavior, without warning or refund. Users who attempt to bypass bans or create secondary accounts after suspension will be permanently blocked.

All rights, titles, and interests in the App, including design, content, software, branding, and all related materials, are owned by Godly. You agree not to copy, distribute, or otherwise misuse any part of the App without written permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Godly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Godly operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance.
